How do I know what strap width I need?
Measure the inner distance between the two lugs on your watch, where the current strap is attached, with a ruler. Many straps also have the width engraved on the inside, near the buckle. This first batch is available in 20 and 22mm.
Do I need to buy the tool to change it separately?
No — each Vergio strap already includes the spring bar tool inside the package, at no additional cost.
Do you ship to all of Spain?
Yes, we ship to all of Spain and also to the rest of the European Union. Estimated delivery time: 3-4 days for standard shipping, 24-48 hours for express shipping. Shipping cost: €4, free for purchases over €40.
Can I return a strap if I don't like it?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive the order to return it without needing to provide a reason. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of our error or a defect.
What happens if I order the wrong width?
It is handled as a standard return within the 14-day period.
